The girls were all set to carve elaborate pumpkins with Daddy, but then I pulled out "real paint".
"Real paint" is what the girls call anything that they are not allowed to use.
Permanent, unwashable, expensive paint.
Not the bottles and bottles of Crayola that they have.
But I so desperately wanted a Minion pumpkin, so I had to have the "real paint" out in order to make him.
I caved.
They ended up painting their pumpkins as well.
My Minion:
If you squint your eyes and look at him from a distance, he's perfect. If you look normally you might notice the extra lip line that I couldn't quite cover.
Printable eyeballs are available here.
The goggles are just made out of mason jar rims.
Madison's Creepy Cat pumpkin:
Unfortunately I can't show you Chloe's...
She lost interest after about 20 minutes.
What was supposed to be a vampire is right now just a half-red-half-white pumpkin.
Maybe we'll call it a candycane pumpkin?
Hubby is planning on copying the Monsters Inc. pumpkin from Tropical Texana:
Make a neighbourhood tradition out of it!
It's time people!
Go get your carve-on!

Have a great one!
I love it Shelly, and I know some family that would love to do this with their little ones.
