Not really a program, but a resolution to "do better" this year than you did last.
To make changes for the better and to eliminate the negative thoughts etc.
That's what January is for - new beginnings right?
I've mentioned my amazing ONLINE yoga class to you before. My weekly session of deep, therapeutic stretches to get out the kinks from sitting at a desk all day... all I can say is "Aaaaaaah" (read that as a relaxing sigh and not a painful scream).
Talk is cheap right?
You need to see why I love my sessions?
You need to try for yourself to see if it's the right fit for you?
I have permission from Helena of Active Spirit Yoga to share a few of her sessions here on the blog.
These are free.
All you have to do is click the play arrow.
FREE.
and good for you.
I'm going to post a few videos over the next few weeks so that you can work out from your desk, from your office, from your living room, with the kids or without and whenever you can squeeze it in.
I've eliminated any and all excuses for you to not try this.
Put on your 'comfy clothes', grab some floor and click play.
You have nothing to lose and EVERYTHING to gain.
Feel better right? Like your shoulders and ears aren't connected by an iron bar? Like the subtle aches in your spine are gone? A bit of endorphin buzz too right?
All it took was the decision to press play.
What about a 14 Day Challenge? 10-15 minutes per day and totally FREE?
14 Day FREE Yoga Challenge |
Would you like to try one of Helena's LIVE classes?
From anywhere in the world - not just North America.
February 2015 Active Spirit Yoga will be starting their new schedule offering more weekly online classes. Your practice can be anything from therapeutic yoga, desk jockey yoga, seated yoga to power yoga with varied levels and modifications.
I wouldn't push anything on this blog that I don't truly believe in - and I know if you give it a try, you'll be telling everyone as well.
One more time, just to make sure you have no more excuses...
Your time, your place, your comfort level and totally free.
Have a great one!
