A continuation of yesterday's tour - today I'll show you Nana and Papa's incredible kitchen. All granite (sigh of envy), custom fridge so that it looks just like the cabinets, and oversized window above the undermount sinks. Of course, Hubby was impressed the most with the television above the fridge.
The upper cabinets are an antique ivory, and the centre island was done in a dark cherry - I love the contrast and depth it gives the space.
Take a look at this custom range hood - and wait until you see the oven underneath it!
The detail in the woodwork is phenomenal. The range/oven is a chef's dream!
Right outside the window is a giant bush that came into flower while we were there. Not part of the decor, but certainly a nice addition!
Standing at the fridge looking the opposite way through the kitchen you have the dinette area, with another sliding glass wall that opens completely to the lanai… and the outdoor kitchen.
When my lottery ticket comes in, I'm re-doing my entire house in that hardwood flooring Part 3 tomorrow!
