You've heard me rave about my new yoga class right?

I'm being completely, totally and 100% sincere when I say that I love this class!  
I love Helena of course, but even better, I love that I can do it at home and not feel self-conscious about my weight, my lack of skill and balance - and for me - the deep stretch therapeutic yoga has provided me with an escape from pain and discomfort.
This is my gift to myself, but it really would make an amazing gift to a friend or family member as well.
