Aunt Fran's Veggie Pizza

Not really pizza at all, but that's what the family calls it - so that's how it shall forever be known...

"Aunt Fran's Veggie Pizza"

Amen.
(you'll say "Amen" too once you try it!)

This is an easy appetizer that is SO scrumptious, even my 8 year old had three pieces despite seeing that it was covered in veggies!
(Another Amen!)

You will need:

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package ranch dressing powder.
  • 2 peppers (1 red, 1 green)
  • 1 red onion
  • cauliflower and broccoli to taste.

Directions:

Roll the crescent rolls out onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake per the package instructions (usually 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees fahrenheit)

I like to pre-cut the squares so that they look nice and come apart easily after they are covered with toppings.
(my little trick below)

In a large bowl, mix together 2 pkgs of cream cheese the mayonnaise and the ranch dressing powder.
Stir or use a mixer until smooth and creamy.

Once the crescent rolls have cooled, spread all of the cream cheese mixture over top.

Dice up all vegetables;

(we were out of broccoli)

Then sprinkle evenly over top.

Let sit in fridge for about an hour before serving.

SCRUMPTIOUS!

Taste-test before serving to guests.

Thank you Aunt Fran!
