10+ Ways to Use a Shower Caddy

I've agreed to contribute a little goodie to the swag bags for the contestants for the Face of Pink Ink 2014.

I agreed, and then panicked because I had NO IDEA what I could supply that;

  1. was inexpensive enough for me to afford to come up with a lot of them.
  2. would be better received than a traditional notepad or pen
  3. would be usable (but not consumable)
  4. I could put my logo on and
  5. was representative of the theme of my blog.

I put a call out to my friends on Facebook and I got some BRILLIANT ideas;

  • a little pink tape measure
  • a piece of sandpaper with my logo on the back
  • a dry-erase board of my 100Things2Do This Summer list
  • a paintbrush with my logo on it
  • a USB drive… etc.

The list was long, and wonderful (thanks guys!).

I can't remember what it was, but something on that list reminded me of a photo I'd seen once of a shower caddy.

Stay with me here -
It was a shower caddy being used for something other than the shower.

LOVE IT!

That's what this blog is about - organizing, repurposing, fun, family…  you'll see where I'm going in a minute;

I thought I'd compile a list of things that an everyday shower caddy can be used for;

  • What about sticking to the side of a bathtub for kids toys - the holes will let the water out so the toys don't get mouldy.
  • Use it on the side of your sink to store sponges after doing dishes.

I'm sure I'll think of more as soon as I shut down the computer - but this is a start.

So what do you think?

Was a shower caddy a good call for a promotional item for a swag bag?

Do you think it fairly represents what I do here on the blog?

 Have a great one!
