Storing Art in Pizza Boxes

I read this on one of the Women's Day Pinterest Boards and thought it was brilliant!

They didn't have any photos, it was just a little blurb in one of their idea articles, so I thought I'd try it out.

Hubby picked up a few pizza boxes (unused) from our local 'joint' - they did charge us for them, but it was only $2.25 for 4 boxes.
I had some cute wrapping paper that I wanted to use, so I just used double-sided tape and attached it.
I overfilled it with Chloe's art from pre-school and Kindergarten...
…so I had to tie it shut.

If I'd been able to purge a few more pieces it would have closed perfectly without the ribbon, but there were just too many cute pieces - I couldn't narrow it down any further than this.
 Label per year...
…and then store on a shelf.

I justify the non-flatness by showing that their scrapbooks are over-filled as well, so they won't lay flat either.
The striped one I tried mod podging the paper on, and it might have worked if I'd used a thicker wrapping paper - but as you can see - the one on there is too thin.

Perhaps even fabric would be better?

Or kraft paper from a post office if you want them all to be identical.

Have a great one!
