Cheese & Bacon Buns

You may have noticed that the majority of recipes I post on this blog are not calorie conscious.

BUT they are delicious - and life's too short to miss out on delicious right?

This is no exception:

My Dad used to make these all the time and store them in the freezer.

No magic ingredients here.
No special techniques or detailed instructions needed.

A photo essay of cheese and bacon scrumptiousness:

You can add a bit of dry mustard to the Cheez Whiz before spreading if you want to zing it up a notch.

Make a large batch and store in the freezer.

My Dad puts them in for 7 to 8 minutes at 375, until they are thawed then turns on the broiler... but keep watch until cheese starts to darken around the edges, it should only take a couple of minutes.

Yes, I know I have the palette of a five-year old.

Have a great one!
