Makes you want to delve in to the post.
I hesitate to reveal this, but my life isn't all butlers and maids.
Once in awhile, I do have to face reality - that I am a Mom and wife - which means if I don't do it, it won't get done.
UGH!
If you HAVE to clean the shower - I highly recommend doing it this way...
Minimal effort with spectacular results.
I promise, I did not scrub in these photos.
This is just a gentle wipe down with a sponge.
The vinegar and soap did all the work.
This last one is shot through the glass door (you can see my reflection a bit in the photo).
The door glass is so clean, that it doesn't even look like it's there!
Job well done I'd say.
Now I'm off to catch a flight to Paris for a 5-star lunch.
Or maybe I'll do the toilets while I'm here.
Decisions, decisions.
Have a great one!

Well, I guess I know what I am doing today. Thanks for the tip.
ReplyDeleteOn the upside - it will only take you 3 minutes to mix the ingredients, nuke them in the microwave and then apply - the cleaning itself can be done tomorrow when you're actually IN the shower. (Just beware of the fumes - hot vinegar is not easy on the nose).
DeleteI have a quick question. Will this work on regular grouted, old fashioned, tiles? I don't have glass only tiles.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! If it can get the soap scum off of glass, it will surely get it off of everything else. I just showed the glass so you can see the effectiveness (you wouldn't be able to see the before and after on the tile) - but our tiles are squeaky clean as well.
