Organization - Cords

Here's a quick and easy project that won't cost you a penny...
and the results could make your life easier on a daily basis:

In this house we have a million-and-one cords.
Extension cords, USB cords, camera, printer, camcorder and I-don't-even-know-what-else cords.

Trying to find the cord you need, when you need it, becomes far too time consuming.
So I decided to label them;

With wider cords you could just write right on them what they are for, but for those smaller USB size ones, I went with milk tags.
You could even attach a label right to the cord, but I had all of these milk tags and I thought it was a clever use for them, so I used what I had.

Oooooh, I just had another great idea!

If you were really A-Type and had coloured tags (from bread, bagels, hot dogs etc) you could use coloured tags to differentiate between cords that go with the computer, or camera, or chargers.

Or, you could colour code by room, so that when you're finished with a cord, you'll always know where to return it!

I'm not that A-Type.

Or rather, I couldn't find any coloured milk tags.  lol

haha

Have a great one!
